what ohm ballst resistor to use

what ohms reading does a gh sigma 1980 2.0 4cly need?

think it is a 0.5-5.0

can anyone confirm?

not sure these days where you could go to get a new one, no harm in sourcing a second hand one from a wrecker or pulling one your self from u-pull it. i cant be of much help there with that one sadly. id say try asking an auto electrician but i can tell you now it wont be cheap.

idk if you guys have them in SA but here in Sydney we have a plaace called rare spares got mine for like 5 bucks brand new try ebay as well

no worries, realised i have an electric dizzy, no need for a ballast, just need to stick one in to complete the circuit.

yeh thought they would be anything from 5- 20 bucks. not really a pricey part

if you don't need the resistor then just join the black yellow and black white wires
