Hi all,

a couple of links for fibreglassbits from the US.

http://www.rodnrace.com/c76/1971-1976-D ... -Parts.htm '71-76 Colt
http://www.rodnrace.com/c78/1976-1981-D ... -Parts.htm '76-81 Arrow (Lancer coupe)

Hairy Glass also do Arrow/ Lancer bits, just not as many, though they do doors if you need to save lots of weight and aren't street registered. http://www.nolimitracingproducts.com/product_p/227.htm

And yes, I know freight is a killer. Lucky for me my panel man is importing a car so I get to piggyback!

I thought I was the only one here who looked at Plymouth Arrow stuff.I am determined to put my LC coupe on the road badged as an Arrow GT.I got close to striping up my little red LB coupe as one too....

They will be replica's of the American bars, not the Australian ones, being made for the Plymouth Arrow.

The question is, where would you put the rear number plate on an Australian model if these bars were fitted?

BTW, I really like that Hatch more pics here (look at bottom of page)

Dave...

Actually, correction, It's a Plymouth Arrow not a Lancer.
Should be a 2.6 too. They brought them out of the Factory that way over in the US. I can't read the badges whether it's a 2000 or a 2600.

I know that it is a Arrow, or Fire Arrow but those skirts and rear spoiler are horrid. Not a receptacle for my beverage!

This one has the "Arrow"-decal on the hood so that's only on the 2600 (or Fire Arrow)...

of course you can't tell if the decal isn't put on it afterwards or the engine hasn't been swapped or so...
pity you can't see the engine that well...

I think I like the spoiler, and the Celeste that is under there somewhere, but don't really like the rest.

I'd prefer one of these spoilers though. Apparently they were made by MMC.

Do you know why they call spoilers "spoilers"

.... obvious realy - they spoil the looks of most cars :o

Goodness knows what those "planks" running down the side of the car are, and what on earth was going through someones mind with that front "bib thingy" (designing or even buying it) ?

A nice low Lancer with some 205 or bigger tyres, some neg camber on the front and the rear wheel arches filled out ...... that's what you wnat (H)

P.S. I did email and ask "Hairy Glass" which rear bumper they make (it is the LC style with the big dopey plastic ends) :(
