mate if you have to get rid of those coupes ,i take em off your hand
DONT wreck them because there to hard to fix mate
or are thay 4drs ?
as for spot drill sizes get one bigger than the spot weld eg 3/8
but normal drills do the same job
come on jerry part with one of those coupes, wouldnt you prefer to be cashed up!!??

... they are the go if your trying to save panels but consider whare you want the holes before you go at it (holes in the panel your saving or the one your taking off), normal drills suck for spot weld removal.

With you, a few errors on the way but now know what to drill out to save the panel behind.

Can anyone show me a picture of these spot weld drills.
I've asked around a bit and no one I know has ever heard of them.
Where do you get them, and are they a successful method to remove a panel?

they are used by panel shops so yes they work... ask at a panel shop supplies or a Wurth salesman if you know one.
