Scorpion hillclimb set up

Hey guys.

I have a hillclimb in a couple of months or so and thought i should probably do some work on the scorpion.

I've replaced all the ball joints in and bushes in the front end.
And was going to get some bendix ultimate (if available) for the brakes and maybe some new rotors.

I don't have much time and parts take forever to get here so any other thoughts.
and maybe some semi-slicks if the budget stretches.

I'm fairly slow and just out there to have some fun, so doesn't need to be wild setup. (lookign for a s13 front to do the front suspension/steering/brakes properly)

Just set it up so it runs reliably......pace is irrelevant if the car breaks after its 1st run
