Lower control arms

Post by brendon »

Hey guys,
Can anyone confirm if the lower control arms in a GH sigma would be the same as a GL/GK scorpion?

Don't believe so.
The GE/GH have a press in Ball joint where as the GJ-onwards have a bolt on Ball joint.

IF you swap the Lower control arms, strut, inner tie rod ends and adjusters, then it will work.

Cheers.

ok thanks super,

I wasn't planning on swapping anything.
I'm looking to make some longer arms and didn't want to pull them out of my scorpion, so I can still use it until the new arms are done.
Theres a GH at the local wreckers and an all you can carry day coming up shortly

my track record with modifications would mean it won't happen overnight so I'd still like to use the car in the mean time
