A lot of that comes down to personal taste.
114.3 x 4 in decent offsets that aren't +38 or 0 or minus offsets are pretty hard to find.

I just recently bought these from Osaka Japan.

Fronts 15 x 6 3/8 +6.5 offset, and rears 15 x 6 1/2 +7.5 offset.

They are Rays Volk Mesh

Here's a set reasonably local to you 14 x 6.5 +10 offset (probably not bad for Lancer guards)

I was looking into 13x7 -0 and 13x8 -7 nice split rim wheels and also was looking into 14x7 -0 all round, also split rims.
I want to be able to fill the arches nicely because of the bigger arches on mine i think i want wider than 6.5

The car above has rather large bolt on flares, so no doubt they're a 9" front and a 10/11" rear...

14x7 -0 and 14x8 -0 should sit very flush :)

Personally, I like 13"s, cos they're not so common these days, and even with modest spec tyres, they look fat! But 14"s do look cool too...

13's are fine if are running stock brakes.
I've only seen one set of 13's fit over Sigma front brakes though.

How's this for filling the guards

That looks like a very good fitment but they look very big on it, are they 15's?

I can fit 15x8 0 offset rear and +10 on my LA with stock guards so you could go wider
with yours with flares. My 14x7 turbos fit perfectly with no stretch on tires
(unsure of offset)

Don't remember what the offset for these 16" (and the car originally having 14" not 13")
but the front's have about a 4mm spacer behind them. Haven't had the rears off so not sure.
205 fronts & 225 rears

2 fronts are 14x6 (offset not known, not wrote on them so have to measure them)
The rears are 14x7 and 14x6.5 so i am on the lookout for one 14x7 if anybody knows of one and even one 14x6.5 and then i could use 14x6.5 on front and 14x7 on back
