Gb -> Gh brakes

Post by 75glnt »

Hey guys! :)

I take it, it's safe to assume I need the brake line from the sigma, (from the body, to the caliper), for these to work?

What I need to know is.

Does the end that screws into the caliper come off? As the eBay listings are just hoses. That's it.

How do I go about going braided lines? Is it as simple as getting a stock sigma brake hose and taking it to a specialist? Getting them to put the sigma ends onto a braided hose?

Cheers :)

Yeah, go to a brake specialist and take a sample with you (or both hoses if you need to adapt the type of fittings to make a suitable hose). I got a pair made by a local company and they turned out nicely.
