Does anyone have any idea what is the max size rims that will fit under a GJ scorp guards?????

I used to run 225/60/14 on 14x7 +10, and 265/50/14 on 14x8 +0.
You could probably go to an 8" rim on the front if you are careful with offset, maybe even wider with a stretched tyre.
On the rear the 265 was flush with the outer guard, but still had a heap of room inside. I have no doubt that you could fit a 10" wide rim under there if you wanted.
Hopefully this week my tyres turn up for the 15x8 and 15x9 Rota Aleica's I have. If they do I can fit them up and take some pics to show you what they look like.
