Shifter Jap 5spd Help Plz

hey all i have a 5spd jap box the shifter boot (not the dust boot) where the shifter joins the box has deteriorated after some 20 years and is leaking oil. ive looked high and low and cant get the part and the only solution ive comeup with is to patch it up with sikaflex. any ideas on how i could make one or where to source or get one made?

Have you tried Scotts Old Rubber, they might be able to supply one given an example?
