GH sedan vs wagon diff

Post by brendon »

HI Guys,
Does anyone know if the sedan and wagon share the same mounting points on the body and diff housing?

ALL wagons use the same diff mounting points as the GE/GH Sigma or Scorpion.
The 4 main differences:
1. Shock absorber mount, which it is minor.
2. BW to Jap, the tailshaft flange is different
3. 8-bolt Jap to 10-bolt Jap flange also (GE to GH).
4. Handbrake cable is different between BW ad Jap.

Cheers.

ok no worries.
I should elaborate a bit.
I bought the shortened r31 skyline diff that was advertised on here, which has used in a gh sedan. I was seeing if this would bolt up to the GJ wagon, which it seems it will. the handbrake arrangement and diff flange will be different any way

cheers guys
