Just wondering would a great wall gearbox fit on our engines? they run a 4G64?

We've had a thread on this early in the GW gearboxes.......no real conlusion was formed sadly

From research I have done, they have a 'EVO style bolt pattern', hence a narrow block. I have not had a chance to verify it though.

may have to track one down and bolt it onto my 2ltr but the tail shaft will be in issue will see the difference in length between the auto and the man.. if someone could throw the measurements up for a map box?

OR you could buy a w58>astron bell housing and use the Zomax 6 speed from the v200
GH Sigma, 16" Mesh wheels, sports steering wheel and a V8 exhaust

Zomax 6Speed manual??????

Is this from the great wall......what engines are they bolted to originally?

doing a bit of research.....the 6 speed only bolts upto a 2L diesel engine.......would anyone know if its the same bell housing as the petrol?

The other car to check out is the Hyundai Genesis. They are a RWD with a 6sp trans, and GEMA/4B1x engine.

its basically a 6 speed Toyota w58, though I doubt it would be as strong !
