Yes, so long as it is a narrow 4g54... but having said that you will only be bolting it to 3 out of the 4 main bolt holes. the top bolt hole on the gearbox on the inlet side does not match up to the hole in the block. this has caused some issue with vibration etc. when driving so it is recommended that you get the proper box to mount to the engine.
