Hi, does anyone know if there is an LSD center that will fit into a standard GD diff? just curious as im not too keen on changing my stud pattern and drive shaft etc..

No there isn't.
You can fit a Scorpion diff, fit a EX Lancer or Starion LS centre and you will keep the same stud pattern.
