gearbox leak

Hi all.MY BOX is leaking at the tail shaft input point
Its a manual (starion 5 speed)

What do you do to fix ?.

Fit a new seal.

I would also check above the tailshaft there is a small welsh plug that seals the gear shift rod
I've had then come out a few times while on the track
