Do the KM110 4spds use a Pilot bearing like the autos do? If so, will it does, will the one for a baby a904 be compatible? Reason, being the g52 out of my 77(auto) will be going into a '75 that came with km110/4g32 combo. Another thing, I searched here and on the old site, but didn't quite find what I was looking for, for use with the 4spd on a Astron, I'll be fine with the KM110 clutch disc and Pressure plate, but need the g52 Flywheel?
This may be a silly question, but oh well, would a g63 flywheel work on g52? I have several 6 bolt flywheels laying around, so of course crazy thinking gets going lol.

Re: KM110 questions
As per the 4g63 question, I did more searching too, because apparently my searching skills tonight suck balls! lol Anywho, confirmed it. Not sure about the pilot bearing/spiggot bearing fitting into AWD flywheels though without machining? .

Re: KM110 questions
Which g63 flywheels were 110 tooth? FWD? And will a AWD flywheel work or just a RWD/FWD because they are bigger.

Re: KM110 questions
on the smaller dia flywheel ( narrow pattern bellhousing ) both the 106 and 110 ring gears have the same ID so if you have a flywheel in a 106 that fits the application the ring gear can be replaced with a 110RaptorReed wrote:Which g63 flywheels were 110 tooth? Re: KM110 questions
I understand that, but in g63 narrowblock flywheels, there is a size difference between FWD & AWD, AWD being slightly smaller.

Re: KM110 + g52 questions
So I acquired a g52 flywheel, however the ring gear is a bit chewed up, seems to be that the L200 at the wrecker's had some starter issues and chewed up several of the teeth. So if I swap a g63 ring gear on (correct tooth count) will I need the g63 starter too or should I be alright with the g52 starter? Wondering if there is a offset between the teeth on the ring gear that could affect it basically?
