4g54 engine parts

where do you purchase engine parts when rebuilding a 4g54 ,example im after a set of double valve springs ,good quality timing chain ,and a nice turbo cam,and what are the best head gaskets to use. engine is an astron 1 narrow block.

Camtech for the cam and maybe springs, or just measure up what you have there and

do you want a chain and guide kit or just a chain ?

thanks for the reply mick and cheater,with the chain i will be after a complete kit this will be a complete engine rebuild,nothing crazy but something reliable , this engine will replace the 1 currently in my sigma.
