Hey there,
once had a cordia turbo. It was OK...the starion is a much better car though. They had the 4G63 (2LT).The choice cordia is the one with the unleaded motor...pre 1984... which had 110KW from factory.I'd heard that doing cheap mods such as on the exhaust system are worth it.Terrible torque steer.
Being from a FWD vehicle you are faced with what gearbox to use in yours.
I wouldnt buy one myself.
For more info try the cordia website .Cheers :!:

does anyone know if they will bolt upto a Magna GBox, or can you turn them the correct way (North/South) and they match up to a RWD GBox??

If you want to get that nostalgic feel into your car, then go for the 4G62.

Otherwise, if you want more power, then the 4G63 is the way to go. It would be nice if you got those coming from the early LanEvos. :D

I'm actually leaning towards one of these for my Scorpion, as I can pick up a complete engine with around 70k km for around $400. If you ignore the missing 200cc they are every bit as good an engine as the SOHC 4G63T, and considerably more common.
Cheers
