wat springs?

hey i will soon be fitting a #2 cam to my 4g32 and was wondering wat springs to use?
i hav read that 4g32b springs are the same spek as the 4g32gs ones (witch is wat motor this cam is out off)
but dont no if this is 100% corect? ted has sum dobble valve springs im thinking about but dont no the speks and dont want to do any damage to my new cam! any help please?

Give the cam to a cam grinder and get them to grind a copy, that way you have a good new one and the original sits in the shed....(this is what I did a while ago)

anyone else got any idears? maby 4g37 springs? i hav no books to compair speks wiv only got a saturn book

crow used to do a a heavier spring 4 a 32 might be worth giving them a call
