blocked jet

ok so there is a little somethin poking out of my fuel pump jet and it doesnt let ANY fuel in whatsoever = worst responsiveness ever.... i know how to get the normal jets out but how can you get the acc pump jet out??
or how can i unblok it? tried a bent pin but it wont work

this is on a galant stock solex btw
