Upper Balance Shaft Oil Gallery Sleeve + Sealant?

Hi all,
As above, regarding the knock-in sleeve as part of the balance shaft elimination kit for the upper oil gallery, how many of you apply a sealant in addition to the sleeve? I'm just looking for some peace of mind here as I installed mine without & afterward had read elsewhere that a sealant should be applied as well. Honestly I can't see how much sealant would be remaining once knocked-in considering the very tight fit that these are & I can't seem to find any mention of this on these forums hence my curiosity.
