4G63 questions

Hi all!.
I am considering purchasing a car that has had a 4G63 transplant done (its a turbo).Its had a sigma trans mated up and it has a problem or 2.
I know hardly anything about the 63's.
The main one that bothers me is that he says theres an oil leak in the tappet cover area .
Apparently its a problem that the 63's have ?.Its fixed by replacing the tappet cover gasket and theres 4 more circular ones/ .What happens is that oil get s into the where the spark plugs seat.

I was just wondering if its a simple maintenance thing or it was the lead up to a major drama.Its from a lo km Vr4 half cut

If anyone know about this problem could comment or elaboate it would be much appreciate d!

Yup a gasket kit will solve this , thay go hard and start leaking every about 60 thousand kays spose to be replace every time you do the timing belt

Yep what stealth said. Not a hard or expensive part to replace.
