Is a TC05 12A Turbo too small?

I just picked up 4G54 that was in pieces with a TC05 12A turbo, google tells me this turbo is probably from a Starion but it looks tiny to me! I just want something fun to drive on the weekends, dunno if its realistic but maybe about 200hp at the wheels would be awesome. So I cc'd the head and I found I will have only 7.91 compression ratio so I figure it could handle a reasonable amount of boost. Or maybe it would be ok without an intercooler with that low compression? Is it worth trying what I have got or should I get a larger turbo and run intercooler?

With a power of 200hp.....I wouldn't even bother with a turbo

I'd build a strong 4G54 and put in all the usuall mods.....EFI, exhaust, lightened/balanced bottom end, bigger valves, ramp up the compression ratio etc etc etc
