what to get???

after running 17pound on my sigma for the last 2 weeks im starting to hear a sight knock...lol. i want to put new
forged pistons, rods, and crankshaft in . ill hone the block but i dont want to go to over sized. what kit do most people
put in? and how much? and where should i get it?

Hmmmmm went a bit power crazy eh.

The factory supply forged rods and crank, so you only have to find the pistons ;)

But if your baby is running a little lean up top, forged pistons will go the same way as the stockys.

I ran 18lb for a couple of days, but I started hearing voices saying "this is not good"

lol its just to much fun. does the 4g54 have forged rods and crank? or just the 2l turbo motors

I heard that the TS Magna 4G54 rods are the best of the factory offerings in terms of strength. Not sure, though. Maybe someone can confirm this?
