LA Lancer steering wheel

Post by DanTurboLancer »

Hey folks, does anyone have a stock LA Lancer steering wheel they want to part with?
If its in good condition consider selling?

If not has anyone got some pics of Aus, USA or Japanese versions of the stock wheel they can show?

Cheers
Dan

sorry Dan,

When I replaced the steering wheel with the Galant hardtop steering wheel, I through mine out thinking that no one would want it.
If I new then that someone on here would want it, I would of given it to you for nothing.

Ceers Nath, yeah that is what im hoping for,
someone that is doing the usual wheel swap, or someone that has kept theirs for some reason...

You dont have a pic of your interior that might show the stock wheel at all do you?

Hi Dan,
I have bought a run down but fairly complete LA Lancer which I plan to strip where it is (Bendigo Vic) on 18 Dec. Fairly sure it has a stock wheel.......I can pull it off for you if you want. Would cost you postage Melb-Syd, whatever that comes to.
Or you may be after one sooner!
Cheers, John.

Hmmm, well now that ive seen it, its a definite no, i wont be fitting it back on!
Not the best looking standard wheel are they.

I might still be interested in mounting one on the wall of the garage but...

Haven't some of them got a 2 spoke wheel?
Look at this pic. It doesn't show it well, but that is the one I thought you were looking for?

I bought a smick LC wheel on ebay a few months back, that's the go I believe, looks the part and is still authentic. After watching the 74 southern cross rally DVD the La lancers there had them !!
