LA GSR plastic model kits

Hey guys just thought i would let any of you that are interested know i found a store in Sydney that sells the LA GSR plastic Kits (paint and assemble yourself)

You can also get the Galant GTO 1970 and 1975.

And apparently there is a Street version of the LA Lancer bt i am unable to find where to order one.
Can anyone help?


Also does anyone know if the vehicles paint and Sticker schemes are based on real cars?

I've seen the kit of the white car (Cowan) advertised on eBay occasionally - usually from Japanese sellers

Actually they tried to order more in for me, but the couldnt find any.

I will call them again soon to see if they have found anymore.
But as Davetrees suggested, possibly Japan,or japans Ebay or something might be best bet?

thats sweet and yeah the white car paint sceme is the same as the one i had years ago

Hi Dan,

I also have both of these models which I have had for a few years now as well as 1:64 scale die cast models of both, 1:42 ( I think) scale model of a green GSR road car and a 1:28 blue LA 1600 GSL plastic wind up. I will post some picyures of these if anyone would likeme to.

The white car you can also do as Barry fergusons as well as Cowans. I think i'll probably do mine as Bazza's as one of his son's is a mate of mine.

I ducked in to sherifs new store at Kings Park the other day & asked them if they had any LA models as well but they were supprised to find out they were actually out of stock. As there new store is only about 15-20 minutes from my place will keep an eye out and let you guys know if they get any ina as well.

I did find a 1:64 Blue GSR Die cast on Ebay, and the guy still has a Green one.

and i found those 2 i showed, but i am struggling to find any more.

Sherrifs are very helpful, but they didnt know how or where to track down any more, so i was hoping others might be able to help out too

My dad was the one who found them, I believe on Ebay overseas (they were birthday presents). I will ask him and let you know.

Did you go to sherifs and if so, which store as they have one at Parra and at Kings Park.
