Just out of interest, what event are you running/planning on running in ?

(only because an LB with a 2L wouldn't comply with CAMS PRC rules .... )

When I saw the title of the thread, I thought it was about a 77 POUND rally car.

Totally agree, if its just for dirt, try keeping the stock for aslong as you can.

then maybe the Hilux or B/W, thats what everyone else seems to be running.

GSR? well now im wondering... GSR Cordia (1800)? sigma GSR (2000 or were they the 2.6)? which would be an anchorton, Colt GSR (1600)? lancer GSR (doubtfull but 1600) whats the engine number or whats on the starter motor side of the block (4G32 maybe)

if it was just for dirt, i would just weld the centre myself,
cheapest option, keeps weight down, and strong enough for that

Let us know what you do but,
cheers
