Slow Winsdcreen Wipers

Post by Cunjie »

The windscreen wipers on my 75 LA are painfully slow & I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to speed up the wipers or service the wiper motor?

Check the amount of power the wiper motor is getting first or all....also, check the overall health of the motor itself

Also check that longer than stock blades have not been fitted (as people often do). The longer blades will greater windscreen coverage than the pitiful coverage the very short stock ones do, but the extra friction will slow the wipers down and also stress the motor.
