Question g54b Engine Swap. 78 mitsubishi lancer/colt

Hey guys, tried the search engine but can't seem to find my answer.

So here is my question I've heard the 2.6 g54b is a bolt in power house. I've had 7 starions all at once, trust me they were all running so I'm familiar with the g54b. MY QUESTION is i find it hard to believe there is a wide block and a narrow block because those are only for 4g63?

What i need to know is what would i need for the drive train for the 4g54b to be an easy swap? Would I use the stock starion transmission and drive shaft or would i use the stock 78 lancer driveshaft? As far as rear diffs go are there any i should look for to hold all the power that is a bolt in?

wiring will be a pain i know but would i have to use the lancer's ecu? or the starion's ecu?

Sorry for the pain Noob to this engine swap and car.
