LB Lancer rim advice needed

Post by CaptainTrips »

Hi there, would anyone happen to know the stud pattern and offset for an LA-LC Lancer (I have an LB), as well as some suggestions for some good alloys? I've heard 13" cheviots look good...

Alternatively, I was thinking of getting my current ones powdercoated. Could someone help me ID them (see photo), and let me know thoughts on powdercoating? I'd like the same finish, and I've been quoted $75/rim in Perth.

Thanks in advance for your help!!

Pcd (stud pattern) is 4x114.3

And offset for memory is +38? But I could be wrong there :)

you may find that the marina name is just a nickname as they are by far most commonly found on boat trailers

I think I will go with something different, probably not much point getting these repainted.

Could someone please help me ID the rims below? This is the kind of thing i would like to put on the Lancer (if not these specifically, something similar). My Lancer's white, I think these would look awesome.

They look like the factory allow rims from an earlier model Corolla. They have been given an epic refinish and polish though.

I'll be selling some 13x7 roughly 0 offset polished jelly beans.. They look sweet on my lancer but I did roll my guards. It also sits about 4 inches let than stock

Hi mate... They look sweet!! I'll probably go something like 14x6 or 14x5, but I could consider the 13s. How much will you be selling for? I like the wide look - mine currently looks like that. Is that the 0 offset that makes them sit out like that?

Yeah, negative offset means the wheel moves away from the car
I'd like around $450 with the tyres..

My advice mate, Modgies or Hotwires. You can never go wrong with either of these two....

Hi All... I know this is a really old thread, but I'm finally starting on the Lancer again. Just had carpet and exhaust done, and I'm putting in new steering this weekend.

Any chance the rims you guys were mentioning were still available? If there are any new suggestions please let me know.

I'll post up pics of the work in progress soon :)

it doesn't cost much to repaint them even if you can't do it yourself
