904 baby torqueflite

Does any body know how to ID or have a photo of one of these to help me identify what the hell of got .
Has numbers 117.2 on bellhousing.
Have other auto's with markings like this.

Yep, that's a T904. The number you reffering to- is it a big raised cast number on the opposite side of the bell housing from the dipstick? More than likely just the mould ID number. There's a couple of different serial numbers stamped onto them, but I honestly can't say what they represent...

Looks very much like the one I've got and if so there are Three more here, as will as the blue one above.

if its going into a GE sigma, you could make it colum shift.

i actually thought the pictured auto (with the blue overspray on it) was a ford product

Column shift? It's not a kingswood ute... Push button selection would be different though. But IMO, it's gotta be a megashifter! (and the megashifter will work on the T904) :P
