I could use some help choosing a offset for wheels

Post by city hunter »

So I have 2 options for wheel sizes. I can either do staggered 16x7 +15 and 16x8 0 or straight 16x8 0 offset all around. I was just curious if i cna even fit a 0 offset 8inch wide wheel up front?

Im running 16 x 7 all round with 20+ offset

being a 3 peice rim i have got them moded the rears to 16 x 9. I want 8's on the front now, just waiting for another set of wheels so i can pinch parts from it. will get pics of it tonight.

Yeah I cant decide. I would like to run the 16x8 0 offset wheels all around, bgut not sure how that will work in the front. Right now im dealing with seized calipers on the stock brakes, and am trinyg to track down starion narrow body stuff.

Mine are 17*7" +25 with 205/45 tyres.
The last tyres (Michelin Pilot Preceda with about 2mm space between the strut. couldn't run clamp on weights as they hit the strut)
the new tyres (Bridgestone Adrenalin rub against the strut alot. Needing 3mm spacers to clear it.. :x )

show it may come do to tyre choice as well...

8" +0 will fit but you may need thin spacers depending on the tires. Not a problem.

7" +4 wheels fit perfectly. (Rota RB wheels)

im gonna try for the +0 offsets. I'll be using starion front struts. I think they should fit.
