i dont reckon they will.

They look to be FWD offset
send the seller a msg and ask whats stamped/embossed on the back
he should be looking for something like P45 or P38 etc or something along those lines (p = positive offset, 45 = mm)

if they are over about p25 then there will be clearance issues for the galant. We like around p20-ish

if it just says 'offset 23' does that mean anything?

That means they probably will fit


But thats doesn't mean I'd recommend it.. With the amount of different wheel sizes and offsets and widths available, its hard to tell even WITH all the numbers.

You're best bet is if they're local enough.. drive out and trial fit one on the front of your car. If it goes on without hitting suspension or poking out of the guard, then you're sweet
(remember to turn to both steering locks with the wheel on, especially if they are wider than original)
