does anybody know if GJ-GN Sigma struts will fit into my GD Galant?

Not really.
Your after the GH struts (sigma/scorp). the later model sigma's had a different bolts pattern on the strut tower & ball joint is different also.

I'm wanting to do this too (gh green struts to gc galant)
Do you need to change the springs or does it not matter. It has the standard 4G32 at the moment but i want to go 2.6 EFI very shortly after.
I under stand the astron is a heavier motor so it would have heavier spring rates too right?
Oh and to make it more complicated i want to lower it too..... just need an idea on where to start.
