bit more specific would help but Ill assume twin webber style? Lynx or? but 150 is probably not bad if its not damaged... AND the Mits factory one wont work unless you get the factory soft mounts with it just in case you find a NOS factory one.

I expect he means Weber side-draught, not AISAN side-draught. I run AISANs on my GA, they are a good carb, but have nowhere near the flexibility of tuning options that DCOEs have (unless you want to get into adapting them to take SU parts ;) ). Depends what you want and how much $ you have. Setting up a pair of DCOEs for a 4G32 from scratch can be $$$ - mostly labour and dyno time.

nah hes looking at a "far eastern" twin sidedraft manifold , Its going to cost you $300 plus landed here, find one locally...... (has a 4 bolt thermostat housing, dunno why, not sure if a std housing will bolt to that?). they turn up on Ebay now and then , just be patient

.
Soft mounts dont last as they deteriate they leak air, you will
know when you hear cherping comming from the engine. Does
not really effect performance, you just drive around like you've
got birds under the bonnet.
