yep, uk car. a couple guys have posted on retro-rides

there's still a handful of gto's left in the uk, in varying stages of decay
uk uses road salt during the winter

How about a members rides post with a bit of a story about your car?
What sort of wheels did you end up getting? Are the Watanabes or Konig Rewinds (I'm not that good to be able to tell).
What size and offset did you get?

at Dave: Thanks!...i ended up getting the Konig Rewinds 15 x 7 0-offsets....i got inspired by one of our members here, i forgot his name, he owns the white sedan with
15 x 8 on it...really nice!

at Barabuda: i know Mark told me that you stopped by..i had to take my son to walk around because he was getting bored..to tell you the truth i didn't think anyone would be looking at these cars, with all Datsuns and Z's at the show.....hopefully this year we could meet, and hopefully more colts!!!

They were 13x7 and long before I knew what offset was so couldnt say, but im guessing somwhere around the 0 mark.
They were the inspiration for the user name all those years ago and it stuck through many years & forums ;)

haha, it was his pride and joy, re sprayed it in the backyard and re did the interior all himself, i do remember this car i was still very young at the time, but it was ultimately run into the ground. (not by the old man ofcourse

) then got the escort.

He also had a sliver black turbo, but it got to primer and stayed like that for many years, until the scrap man picked up the shell in 09.
