recent fuel pump

hey guys just swapping my engine over, and the engine im stickin in has a different fuel pump
im changing from a 74' chaindrive 4g33 to a 80 somethin belt drive 4g32 and the fuel pump has 3 bolts instead of 2
my question in about the third outlet on the pump
there is intake, outtake, and another hole that just spews fuel when running (not goodd)
im thinkin its fuel return line or somethin but i dont have one so kinda a problem

if fuel is coming out that hole the diaphram is rooted and you need
another pump

yea i found out on another 4g32 i just bought that a line goes from there to the acc pump or somethin on the carb. wierd but yea
