Re: will a siggy turbo diff fit my gb?
doubtful....more than likely have to be shortened
But from i know, he turbo diffs aren't any stronger or more reliable than any other (later) model sigma of any variant....im sure the Turbo diehard fans will correct me if im wrong

Re: will a siggy turbo diff fit my gb?
Correct, Turbo diff is just as shit as the others! Only difference I have ever noticed though is I pulled the centre out of my first GH Turbo and it actually had a "window" which allowed me to lock it without pulling the centre apart. Not sure if that was a once off though. I've heard the galant wagon centres and axles are stronger than the sedans but I'm no expert.

Re: will a siggy turbo diff fit my gb?
hmmmmm, can you roll the guards or even run different offsets on the wheels to compensate the difference

Re: will a siggy turbo diff fit my gb?
you and put a Sigma or Scorpion or Lancer EX diff in the Galant (need to modify mounts to leaf springs) as this is what i have done in one of my GB Galant's.
I used the Sigma diff origionally, but now have a Scorpion one to go in.
with the two different offset rim's i ran on the car it had the same track front and back and they cleared.
I ran it with a Sigma master, no booster, just a spacer to adapt to the different bolt pattern of the Sigma master.
The Galant diff can take alot of punnishment.
I am (slowly) working on a Galant diff with Scorpion disc's and caliper's, needs the axle hub to be machined a bit to accomodate the Scorpion disc and a bracket for the caliper to mount.
Refer this post for what i am doing. http://www.sigma-galant.com/viewtopic.p ... iff#p88873

Re: will a siggy turbo diff fit my gb?
Oh cool. Thanks for that mate
I'll need someone else to mod my diff as I don't have the skills.
I'll post the link for that pic instead of posting the pic

EX Lancer diff is identical to a Scorpion/Sigma diff.Scorpma82 wrote:If your lucky, the EX Lancer diffs will fit

A stock Scorpion diff will fit under your car no worries but you will need to make sure you get the correct offset wheels. If you wanted to run a 15x7 for example you would need a +25 or 30 offset.
