Looking to fit a smaller diametre steering wheel on to the GC,
are the Sigma bosskits compatible with the spline count on the Galants?

In a word - yes. Mitsus of that era all had the same spline count. BUT- take off the factory Galant wheel and compare the back of it to the sports wheel boss you wanna use. If they look identical then you're ready to go. There's 2 types of automatic indicator release mechanisms - 2 pins pressed into the back of the boss or 3 locator slots cast into the rear of the boss, and they aren't cross compatible. Worse case scenario and you're either desperate or game - mod the boss to suit...

lol or ya end up having to cancel the indicators buy hand as ya go round a corner like i do, im used to it now, find myself doing it in all cars now haha

I do that in my crappy Astra - only 'coz the mechanism is roooooted! Yeah, you can disable the indicator release but most people want it to work.

thats it mate, i had a boss kit sitting in the shed, had the rong set up but the right spline so it got fitted
