nope....definitely not.....tried that path before with a sigma wagon....there are various bracket that have to be unpicked and re-welded from one car to the other.....then the wiring has to be fettled with a lil to accomidate the new lighting arrangements

This is the car I did it to

The only real problem was the guards, the front half are scorpion rear half sigma, once they were done, the brackets rewelded, and the wiring sorted, I was just bolting up a scorpion

Can you take the big rectangle lights out of a gk and install the gj twin lights without any dramas? If not, what would need to be changed, brackets, wiring, etc.

It can be done, however the headlight bucket for the GJ lights is welded to the radiator support panel. Should be a reasonable easy swap if you drill the spot welds out to remove from the donor car and weld it onto yours with some plug welds as the actual radiator support panel appears to be the same.

Next problem is the wiring. The large headlights use a single six pin plug on each side, but the GJ lights use individual H4 pattern connectors. Once again not a major issue as you could easily make an adaptor with some H4 pigtail connectors and a handful of electrical terminals.

Once the headlights have been swapped over then the GJ grill should fit straight in as it's outer dimensions are the same as the later grills. Earlier GE and GH grills can also be made to work but they require an additional panel that fits under the grill and above the bumper.
