I have a 2.0 4g52 from a SIgma GN. It's a transitional block and uses the newer narrower timing covers and sumps from the Astron II engines. It's really difficult to find Sigma GNs so I was thinking of using a magna timing cover and sump, but I would have to use the magna waterpump. Does anyone know if this is possible? Apparently the magna waterpump is located around the back?

Yes magnas are FWD/AWD so their pump is seperate at the back of the head which would be in the middle of the engine bay for them where space isnt an issue. For a RWD application you cant use a magna pump pretty sure. Have you looked into using an electric water pump instead?
