What are you trying to do exactly? What model is that elec dizzy from?
I would assume your GE currently has electronic ignition not a points setup, right?

It has points at the moment. It came out of a scorpion.

Any reason why you'd wanna go for electronic? Get you hands on a combo dwell/tachometer and learn how to use it - once you get the hang of it you can wring a level of tuning out of it that electronics can't offer unless you have a fully (expensive) programmable set up.
