Re: Random Sigma Photos
Look at the caliber of the pics of Sigma's that have been put up on SG on Facebook today:
They were just so good, I had to share, for those who aren't on FB.
It all started with asking if ozgdgalants PWS was the cleanest example of a Sigma in the world.
These pics were submitted by members of the page.
1 very tidy 78 model GE with 57000kms
Interior of the same GE
And how's this GH Turbo from SA (pics supplied by an admirer, owner unknown)
Anyone off the forum?

Re: Random Sigma Photos
i don't often go on facebook, but i saw those go up today. Insane, right? I mean they look like they've been stored in a vacuum for 30 yrs.
Re: Random Sigma Photos
I have a feeling I've seen that GH Sigma turbo in my street... And the engine bay looks completely factory correct
Re: Random Sigma Photos
Here's an interior shot of that GH turbo from above (posted on SG on FB today)

Re: Random Sigma Photos
Just found a link to this on my Facebook page.
It's a video not a pic, but it deserves to be here.
It's in the category of one on the best looking GE Sigma's I have seen.

Is there anything like this but in a GJ model over there, in approximately 1:43 scale. ??
I have been searching high and low over here but nothing. .
I want something very accurate as I'm going to use it to make a sand cast and make some alloy models...
Just hopefully not too dear..

only seen it in 1:24
Re: Random Sigma Photos
Thanks A57C.
A little big for my first foray into alloy casting, but beggars cant be choosers, assuming the price is right... as, I'm hoping not to, but this model could be damaged in the process of making the mold. Could you tell me, how much it would cost, to land one of these kits in Australia please??? Either here or by PM.
cheers

Re: Random Sigma Photos
Thats a fujimi kit. I think they were the only brand to make plastic model kits of sigmas (galants). The proportions aren't quite right actually (I have one so I know).bruggz351 wrote:Thanks A57C.

They don't make them anymore so only collectors still have them. They are rare. I got my kit for abt $60 through yahoo auctions japan. Pretty sure they normally go for 100+
Re: Random Sigma Photos
Wow, really. ? Thanks ddt. Sounds about right I suppose. I haven't exactly seen any around. Anywhere.
Still, gotta have dreams eh... I'll keep collecting aluminium. You never know.
cheers

That's a work horse right there. Wonder how many tons of bananas, bricks and what-not this thing has hauled in its' lifetime.
Don't know how the driveline stays together with the body bent to hell like that. Perhaps its only broke just aft of the rear axle.
