NSW Engineers certificate :-(

I'm told that as of tomorrow an Engineers Certification will no longer be recognised as Compliance.
Also told that he RTA apparently havent released the new way of complying modified vehicles yet, but I guess it may be the VSCCS.
If anyone knows more about this please let me know

Mate, fair dinkum, communism doesnt cut it eh. They are screwing us royaly...
This is just the 4wd side of it but it effects all modified cars.
