Appologies to all.
I have yet to start again on this project.
! month on, and I haven't really gained personal time to sit and scan.
I will get to it, and will post up when the first section of the GH manual is up.

Thanks to all who appreciate the site and time.

Hello all.

Long time, no post.
As the cost for the hosting space is coming up again, I have been in 2 minds about keeping it.

As of 30/04/11 I will close Powered by Astron.

The last proper registration was way back Nov 2010, with spam getting the better of the site, and myself not paying much attention as the download section was the main area.

I still have all the downloads in storage, and may consider hosting them on my own personal server, as I will be culling 95% of my websites due to now lack of interest.

Cheers all for those that appreciated the effort, and as mentioned, I may resurrect the site, in a much smaller fashion in the future.

It's not all bad news actually.

After hunting around the house, trying to clear a lot of stuff (FYI, sigma stuff up for grabs real soon)
I found one of my old server computers buried up the very back.
Dusted it off last night and loaded windows server.

It lives, and will now be the home to the mitsu manuals.

The download speed will be nowhere near as great, with registration being completely optional.
I feel I put too much time and effort to these manuals to have them sit in digital archives.

stay tuned, the fast site will be going down, but the downloads will live on in a slower server.

Cheers all.

P.S. I might get around to the many other manuals I still have which I never scanned :\ :$

Server is nearly 100% up.
Still tinkering with the finer details and all.

If some one could test a small download for what speed they are getting, would be much appreciated. TM or GN manual.
If the site is down, please try back in a couple of minutes, probably rebooting the machine.

Won't be 100% online with *new manuals* until mid May.

Well SpEc, after an embarrassingly long time (about 2 weeks off from 2 years) the GH Sigma manual is available for you and everyone else to download.

Many apologies for it taking so long people, but at-least I did eventually get it done.

Not to get peoples hopes up for a short period, but would anyone like to request the next one they would like from the list of manuals I own.

Also, can people advise me the download speed they are attaining.

Thanks For the GH upload. By the way I was getting a constant 140kb/s which took pretty much no time to download the complete manual.

I could have a go at scanning in some of the sigma and galant parts manuals which I have here if you would be able to upload them up to your server. I don't have the knowledge to upload files to a different location and having them all at one place would be much better.

If there is anyone nearby on the northside of Brisbane with a super highres scanner that would be really helpful. I have a heap of microfiche covering the GA to GC Galant, GH to GN sigma and also a GL Scorpion set. I also have a hardcopy of GH to GN sigma and also a A51 to GC Galant parts manual but the scanning of the microfiche would be much easier.

I don't have the knowledge to upload files to a different location and having them all at one place would be much better. Can guide you how to upload, could even put it all into 1 thing, but label and I can split it all up in threads if you want.

Aim originally was for Astron stuff, however if I don't have to purchase, then I lose nothing from simply hosting it, so yeah all good if you can upload and all.

I've almost got that A51,GA,GB,GC Galant parts manual scanned in now so i should be able to get it uploaded as soon as i get the info from Astron Boy about how he would like me to do so.

I should have it all scanned in by the end of the weekend for people to upload hopefully.

Please note, the server will be offline for a while whilst an upgrade is taking place.
This may be for some time, but will not extend to the end of the month.

Will inform again when it is back online.

Thanks for your patience.

Yeah, it is coming from my home server, so will be a little slow. That is why I haven't public posted the link. But, I won't be removing it in a hurry, so you'll be able to eventually get the whole lot. If it stops working, yell out, and I'll PM you the new address.

Hi,

I'm a new user & owner, only picked up my '75 Galant GTO yesterday, so will get my profile properly completed soon. Are you still able to supply a pdf manual for the Galant?

Thanks in advance,

Dom
