I have been here a while but never posted. with that being said I have seen a few conversions that inspired me to relocate the CAS to be read off the front of the cam of my 4g63 but when it came to the coupling of the CAS to the cam gear it wasn't really detailed. I am running a 12-1 trigger disc so the rotation isn't an issue as far as the ECU is concerned. However my problem lies with coupling the CAS to the face of the cam gear whether it be the bolt head holding the cam gear to the cam, or a different coupler all together. I have tried different approaches, but all with the same outcome, either not as sturdy as one had hoped or just all out failure. So long story short I figured I would ask for some help from the guys on the forum that had inspired me in the first place.

PS the CAS had to be moved to the front of the engine as there is no space on the rear of the head to utilize factory mounting.
