Hi everyone,
Am doing an efi and turbo conversion on a 2.6 4g54 I am wondering what type of ecu setup I could use, have looked at aftermarket ones however the price is way too much for the project, so was wondering if I could use a piggy back setup or something, help would be much appreciated
Cheers

Hey man. Best beat is buy a ems stinger. roughly around 600 to 700 from memory. Nothing worst then loosing a motor over a crapy piggyback system or a bad ecu.
Thats my 2cents

EMS is the best stand alone ecu going around on the market. Worth every cent.

I run a Microtech LT10s with individual coils. 30psi and almost 400hp. Has run perfectly for more than 10 years.
These days, I reckon a Haltech is the way to go. Elite 750 or 1000 with e85 flex fuel sensor and be done with it.
I do agree with the commodore 64 being the best. Bit hard to mount under the dash though
