Weight of a 4g54 head with valves

Anyone got a reasonable accurate guesstimate of the weight of a 4g54 head. 
Also be weighing the magna 4g54 to go on as well which will be interesting

Im going to be taking mine off this weekend so if you can hold fire i can give you the exact weight with or without stuff of choosing (dizzy/cover etc)
Also be weighing the magna 4g54 to go on as well which will be interesting

The other thing is which head?
There are variations in the weight of the Australian cast heads to the Japanese cast heads as well..
