Hey does anyone know of the resistor values for a sigma gj ?
and where to get the resistors?

How electrically minded are you?

The reason I asked is that you can install a PWM speed controller, bypassing the resistor/transistor setup.

Massive overkill PWM Controller :D

Easy to do, just use the full speed line into the fan, some resisters, and a bit of re-wiring for the dash switch into the PWM Controller.

Cheers.

I have the same issue..fan only works on full speed. I managed to score this on eBay a while back. But half the dash has to be removed to wire it in. So the fan on full speed will do just fine. 8-)

It's not that switch that usually fails.

There are a few wire resistors and a transistor in the blower unit that usually die. When the blower is on full, they are bypassed so that is why it will only work on full.

Cheers.

Yep, and they are easy to get too by dropping the blower motor out, three screws from memory. I replaced the resistors in my red Scorpion.

Also, they are an open coil resistor (old school) you may be able to solder the break back together???

Looks like I was wrong about the transistors..
Only resistors.

Still believe it would be a better option with the PWM Controller.

Cheers.
