Are these 2.4s compatible with the 4g54?

I may be able to get a TE 4 potter for $100.
Is it any good for conversion parts to EFI my 2.6 GJ?

Nup, the later 4 banger Magnas were 4G64s. If you took the whole engine etc., it might be possible to put it in a Sigma.
