I have a 1967 Mazda ute. It's a bit of a frankenstein of different models, and apparently it has some cool old bucket seats from a Mitsubishi GTO (they are embossed with a GT logo). The ute's originally had a bench, but it's long gone.
I really like the seats, but they are pretty well shagged. Does anyone know if all 70's Mitsubishi used the same seat bracket spacing/mounting points, or are they a mixed bag. I reckon a set of houndstooth Lancer LC seats would suit the Mazda very nicely, and I'd likely find a set for less than the cost of retrimming the GTO seats.
Thanks in advance.

Not too sure about that... but I'm sure you'd be able to make mods to make anything fit pretty much anything without too much effort. Good luck!

They could be the same but even if they're not it's not a big deal to drill in new rail mounting holes into the chassis of the seat base and use the original rails to bolt it down as AussieLuke has suggested.
